Everyday document tools

RonScanner is a free document toolkit by RONRON APPS. Merge and organize PDFs, turn photos into PDFs, convert Office files to PDF, or extract text from images without creating an account.

Limits and capabilities

Browser tools accept 50 MB in total and up to 80 pages. Office and OCR accept one file up to 15 MB. The server processes one job at a time. Office conversion supports DOCX, XLSX, and PPTX to PDF; reverse conversion and an Office editor are not available. Scanning uses manual cropping.

Interface and OCR languages

The interface is available in English, Indonesian, Spanish, and Portuguese. Your language choice is saved in your device's browser. This choice does not translate document contents. OCR currently recognizes printed Indonesian and English text; check its results carefully.
