Privacy Policy

Updated November 4, 2026. Applies to RonScanner at tools.ronronapps.com, a RONRON APPS service.

Browser processing

PDF tools and manual scanning process files on your device. Document contents are not uploaded to our server. Results are saved to your device only when you download them.

Server processing

Office and OCR upload files over HTTPS solely to produce the requested output, not for AI training or data sales. Temporary files are deleted after the result response is sent or processing fails. Fallback cleanup removes leftovers after about 15 minutes while the service is running; outages may delay this. We do not provide document archives or recovery.

Technical data and preferences

The server and network providers may process IP addresses, access times, pages, response status, and browser information for operation and security. File contents are not recorded in application logs. Cloudflare acts as a network intermediary. Your browser stores your language choice locally; change it with the language selector or clear the site's browser data.

Advertising and security

No AdSense code or additional analytics are currently active. If ads are added, this policy and any required consent mechanisms will be updated before activation. Cloudflare may use security mechanisms according to its configuration. No system guarantees absolute security. Do not upload files you are not authorized to process.
