Image compression works well for scanned PDFs. It turns pages into images, so text will no longer be selectable. Keep the original before compressing.
Tidy up before converting.
Set the Excel print area and page orientation first. Unavailable fonts may be substituted, so check the PDF before sending important documents.
Clear photos. More accurate text.
Use even lighting, keep the camera straight, and avoid shadows. OCR recognizes printed Indonesian and English text. Always double-check numbers and spelling.
Are all tools free?
Yes. All available tools are free and require no account. File size and processing limits keep the service stable.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
PDF tools and manual scanning run in your browser. Office and OCR require a server upload. Temporary server files are deleted after the result is sent, with a fallback cleanup for leftovers.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes, in a modern browser. On a phone, Scan document can open your camera picker. For large files, a computer is usually more convenient.
Will Office conversions look exactly the same?
Conversion supports DOCX, XLSX, and PPTX. Fonts, complex layouts, and print settings may affect the result. Locked documents, macros, and some embedded objects are not supported.
Is there PDF to Word or an Office editor?
Not in this version. Office tools currently convert Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to PDF. Reverse conversion and an Office editor are not available yet.
