Terms of Use

Updated November 4, 2026. Applies to RonScanner at tools.ronronapps.com, a RONRON APPS service.

Fair use

Use RonScanner only for documents you are authorized to process. You retain rights to your files; we process them only to produce the requested output. Uploading malware, abusive automation, disrupting the service, or violating others' rights is prohibited.

Check results, keep originals

Check results before important use. Conversion may change fonts and layouts, OCR may misread text, and image compression removes selectable text, interactive features, and digital signatures. Always keep an original copy.

Service availability

The service is not guaranteed to be always available or suitable for every document. File size, page count, processing time, and usage frequency are limited and may change to maintain stability. Using the service means you agree to these terms. Contact [email protected] with questions.
